ReelBro ("the Service"), operated by NeuroFoundation LLC ("the Company"), is an AI-powered content creation and management platform for TikTok. The Service provides tools for generating scripts, creating visual content, scheduling posts, tracking analytics, and managing creator networks.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Generate content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or access restrictions
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
• Use the Service to distribute spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent

4. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant ReelBro a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service. AI-generated scripts and visuals produced by the Service are licensed to you for your use on TikTok and other platforms.

The Service itself, including its design, code, and underlying AI models, remains the intellectual property of NeuroFoundation LLC.

5. TikTok Integration

The Service integrates with TikTok's API to provide analytics and posting features. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize ReelBro to access your TikTok data as described in our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for complying with TikTok's Terms of Service.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party AI providers (including OpenAI and Google AI) for content generation. Content processed by these providers is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

7. Data Handling

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NeuroFoundation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
